Bryan Rogers
Bryan has served in a variety of Human Resources positions over the last 20+ years focusing on strategic planning, enterprise design and organizational development. His experience with related HR strategies include but are not limited to recruitment, retention planning, employee engagement efforts, etc.
Bryan formerly served as Encompass Health’s National Director of Employee Relations and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion. In that role, he partnered with regional and corporate leadership on Human Resources and Inclusion related efforts designed to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable HR outcomes.
Bryan currently holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University, a Certified Professional license through The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, AL. He currently maintains his memberships with The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and volunteers for various non-profit organizations.

Her advice has been featured in major publications, including HuffPost, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Auburn University at Montgomery and the Nationally
Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) and Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE) credentials. She also served two years as a board member of the National Resume Writers' Association.
